Documentary Letter of Credit from top 25 world bank or equivalent or Payment in Advance.

 

PBG: 2% by seller to activate LC.

 

PROCEDURES

 

1. Seller needs ICPO w/ Soft probe to start the deal.

2. Draft contract is issued.

3. Hard copy of the contract sent by Seller to Buyer’s signature.

5. Buyer signs and stamps and sends it back

6. Buyer sends RWA through MT-799 to seller’s bank and issues draft RDLC.

7. Seller sends POP.

8. Seller sends PB 2% activating RDLC.

9. Shipments start as agreed.
