PACKING: In 50 Kg HDPE bags with inner lining suitable for ocean transport

PAYMENT

 By an Irrevocable, Revolving, Non-Transferable Documentary Letter of Credit, covering one monthly volume, payable 100% at sigh assured for the full contract, again documents after SGS at the port of loading

PERFORMANCE BOND:  2% of monthly LC value

 

PROCEDURE

1. Buyer sends ICPO.
2. Seller Issues draft contract (open for amendments).
3. Buyer and Seller finalize and sign the Contract. Both party lodges’ contract in respective banks. Seller issues original contract for final signatory, both party exchange hard copy of contract via courier within 5 (five) days of signing electronic version.
4. Seller within 3 (three) banking days after finalize and sign the Contract issues copy of allocation letter to Buyers
5. Buyer within 3 (three) banking days after receipt allocation letter, issue Documentary Non-Operative Letter of Credit (RDLC) confirmed, irrevocable, non-transferable, divisible, auto revolving payable 100 %. Letters of Credit to Seller’s approval.
6. Seller issues 2% Performance Bond to activate buyer’s L/C and Full Proof of Product.
7. Delivery commence as scheduled.
